Orders can be shipped and fulfilled from multiple FitRoll™ distribution centers around the world. Depending on the product and inventory most products will ship from our warehouses/fulfillment centers located in the United States / Singapore / Shanghai.
WARNING: all orders placed on Feb 18-25 will be shipped after Feb 26th due to inventory replenishment.

US PROTEST UPDATE
Please note that due to the current situation in the United States, US customers may experience longer than normal transit times for your order. We are working closely with our couriers and we are monitoring the situation regularly to ensure as little disruption as possible to our valued customers. The situation is rapidly evolving and we will continue to update this page as needed.
Standard Shipping Times
- USA - 7-20 business days (Extended to 10 - 30 business days)
- International - 5-30 business days.
All orders will be dispatched & processed from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after they have passed the Quality & Performance Inspection.
The Quality & Performance Inspection consists of a variety of tests conducted on the product to insure its proper functionality before leaving the FitRoll facility. Our customer experience is a #1 priority, so by undergoing this inspection phase it'll increase our customer satisfaction knowing their product is arriving in top condition.
If we are experiencing an extreme high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. In peak periods please allow up to 5-7 business days for dispatch.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You are also able to track all your orders through our site at www.fitroll.co, all you need is your tracking number.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
FitRoll™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to sender however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)
Damages & Returns
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at email@example.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 7 Days of a ‘Delivered’ status, unless specified in the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Once you've contacted us we will provide you with a return address however FitRoll™ does not cover the return shipping costs.
